Pizza Night

4.23.2010

Supper: $30
Outfit: $100
Evening out with friends: PRICELESS

We had such a great time last night eating the best pizza in town at restaurant Bottega. The owner spent 2 years in Italy learning the secrets and techniques behind their wonderful pizza. He returned to Montreal with all the tricks of the trade and a 3500 kilo Vesuvian rock wood-burning oven. Delicious!
To end off the night, a Nutella pizza...YUM!!
We all went home with huge smiles on our faces and big bellies under our shirts :)

Arancino: Fried rice balls coated in breadcrumbs, stuffed with cooked prosciutto & mozzarella

The pizza master showing off his skills!

90 seconds in the oven and...

...Out comes perfection!

The gang waiting impatiently for their pizza

Home made gelato

I ordered the Nocciola gelato. (For anyone that doesn't know what Nocciala is, it's Hazelnut.)

And last but not least...they're famous Nutella Pizza. I don't need to explain to you how mouthwatering this treat is...the picture speaks for itself.

I'M STUFFED!!!

top, jeans, & scarf: Ardene / jacket: Zara / bracelet: Aldo / shoes: Buffalo David Bitton

@ Kristy: the top is actually meant to be worn this way, with the buttons in back. I've also worn it as a cardigan with the buttons in front left open.
