Cut-off love

7.08.2010

I finally found my perfect denim cut-offs!!!While Andrew was at the dentist, instead of waiting in the lobby filled with old non-fashionable magazines I decided to walk to a nearby vintage shop. Good move me. I found a pair of 725 originals jeans in the color I've been searching for...size 11. (I'm usually a 2.) I wanted the perfect loose worn-in fit cut-offs. Price...$4.99. Who can resist. Brought them home, cut them to my desired length, washed them and voila! One down off my wish-list. I absolutely love them and I apologize in advance if I wear them often in my future posts.
During my shopping trip I also purchased the Ramones tee I'm wearing. In the men's section, size small, $2.99. I cut-off the sleeves.
All in all I think it was a successful shopping trip :)

DIY tee & belt: vintage / DIY denim shorts: vintage 725 originals / DIY studded shoes: Converse / sunglasses: H&M

How did you put the studs in the tennies? I'd love to learn... do you have a past post of the process?

Thanks.

Cute outfit! I love thrift stores! I like your idea of buying larger shorts for a more loose-fitting look.

I gave you an award on my blog by the way!
