double knotted

We tie our hair up in a bun, why not our shirts too?
Tying a knot in your shirt is a great way to achieve the ever so popular crop top look with a longer top that you just don't feel like taking scissors to. Tie it as you would your hair.
1. Gather up the extra fabric at bottom of your shirt until you've achieved your desired length. You can gather at side, front or back all depending on where you want the knot. You should be left with a fabric ponytail in your hand.
2. Tie a hair elastic around the end closest to your body. You'll now have again, a fabric ponytail with hair elastic.
3. Twist the loose fabric and wrap around the elastic as you would your hair into a bun. Tuck in the end into the elastic and there you have it.
Follow step one and then just tie the excess fabric into a knot as I did in this post.
