A few days ago, a friend came up to me and told me the following:
"My husband came up to me and asked me what I was doing different with my workout/diet because I look leaner and he noticed that my belly was flatter. I told him that I was taking 2tsps of Apple Cider Vinegar before my supper."
Now obviously, this intrigued me as it would any woman right? So I did my research...Apple Cider Vinegar or ACV as the hipsters will call it.
