I've been seeing this recipe everywhere and of course I couldn't just ignore it. I mean, chocolate chip cookies and oreo cookies together as one...in the words of Joey...WHOA!!
The recipes all called for homemade chocolate chip cookie dough but in all honesty, who has the time. So my busy ass self bought the pre-made Pillsbury roll. I placed an oreo cookie in between 2 scoops of cookie dough and formed a ball, covering the entire oreo cookie. I baked them at 300ºF for 15 minutes (instructions on cookie dough package). It made a dozen delicious cookies.
