Being pregnant has not stopped me from training like I used to. If the doctor told me that I am allowed then who the hell are you to tell me different? Just a heads up, if you've been working out before you got pregnant...then it's ok to continue. I will just stop my ab workout after being 3 months pregnant.
So to all those people that keep telling me training is no good while pregnant...SHUT UP & get your facts straight before you speak!!!
Sorry for the venting everyone :)
Here are a few pictures of my Friday morning work-out. Don't mind the way I look...it was before 8am and I have no make-up on whatsoever, ugh!

wow, you're a badass mom-to-be! I envy your toned arms, seriously!!! Can you suggest some arms and legs toning exercises? My body is currently in a rut and I'm eating like a pig. Boo.. :(
Listen to your doctor and body, and just ignore the stupid comments :D

Awww so cute that you two workout together! ..working out is not recommended???..Crazy people.. Working out is TOTALLY recommended so your ab muscles won't split (that dreaded 'after-pooch').You want to keep your core strong, to hold up all the weight you're gonna have up front (aka belly and boob explosion... but major back pain and slouching) And those who were in shape before pregnancy have a much faster, easier time losing the weight afterwards. I lost my 40 lbs in a lil over a month, and I was still eating like a preggo lady! lol
I gotta say CONGRATS!! again!! :D
man i need one of those fancy bosu balls! they kind of look fun in a super strenuous ass-kicking way.
p.s. you look fabulous no matter what you are doing!
This is nice! this summer we all have to be fit enought for shine at the beach!
You have one hot mama-to-be body!
You look absolutely amazing, I think it's great you are working out!! Ignore what all the haters are saying!
Keep up the training it will be easy to go back to pre-baby weight. But not too rigorous though, don't want anything to happen to guys.
How did you manage to get these pictures?! AWESOME.

Are you pregnant? Congratulations and I wish you much happiness :)
Lena, you go, girl! I'm so encouraged to see a mom-to-be staying fit. We need more role models like you! Can't wait to see your fabulous preggers-style in the months to come :)
Awwww look at the little bump!
CONGRATS Lena!
My sister worked out her entire pregnancy, only gained 25lbs in the belly, and because she was so healthy she lost her baby weight in what seemed like days and now weighs less than she did pre-pregnancy. My nephew is a beautiful, healthy child. So keep it up Lena!

Fun post :)
You look great, Lena!
I'm so glad that you're still working out. So many woman don't bother getting into shape after their baby is born and it's wonderful to see that your workout routine before the pregnancy is carrying over into your pregnancy. Your priorities may have changed some because you're pregnant but that doesn't mean you don't still come first at all. You're proof that life doesn't stop once a child is involved. Good for you!
IT's so good that you're working out during your pregnancy, so many people use it as an excuse. It'll be so much easier for you to get back to your pre-pregnancy body after you have the baby this way =)
Keep going at it!
wow! is this crossfit? I love you even more now!
