Ok, so I finally saw the movie Black Swan last night. Yeah I know, where have I been right? Any who, I am now currently obsessed with bringing back the ballerina in me. I did ballet when I was younger. Much much much younger, therefore I didn't get anywhere near the hard stuff or good stuff. I would love to take an adult beginner course. Not only will it help with my posture and flexibility, but it's a great and fun way to get myself into shape.
Gotta start doing some research on schools in my area that offer such a course.

I have always wanted to be a ballerina. These pictures are beautiful! I still have to see Black Swan myself.

It's ok, you're busy with pregnancy and taking care of Liam :)
Anyway, I used to be a ballerina too, for 10 friggin' years. I continued for a year after I moved to Toronto but then I stopped completely. Now I can't even do the splits, hahahaha... :D
Happy 3-month birthday to Liam :)
Let us know if you find a course like this. I would love to do something like that !! WOW !!!

Loved the movie
You should look into 'Barre' classes, sometimes referred to as the 'Barre Method.' It's not exactly ballet, but it incorporates ballet postures, yoga, and pilates into a fun and TOUGH cardio workout. I have just finished my first week (5 classes) and I swear to god I've already gotten comments on my arms and abs being more toned. It is so much fun!
