Regal is how I felt in these amazingly beautiful and comfortable blue velvet pants. So soft and supple, I honestly couldn't stop rubbing my legs :)

I cannot get enough of exposed zippers on clothing. Anyone with me? It just makes your basics stand out against the crowd. Take my sweater for example. A simple classic heavy knit sweater, add some zippers and then BAM!!..you're the cool chick that everyone's eyeing :)

I'm in a manly, minimalistic mood. Therefore I'm calling my outfit..manimalistic! It'll catch on :)

I find you can never go wrong if you stick to neutral colors, clean lines, and simplicity.

Transitioning from Summer to Fall is never easy. The cooler weather is not so fun, having to store your flip flops for closed toed shoes, having to sit in a friggin cold car waiting for the heaters to finally kick in, etc. But one way to make this cold weather leap much more enjoyable is to add mileage to your summer clothes. Now I'm not talking about wearing socks with flip flops...please just don't! But add a sweater over your summer dress or skirt and wear it with boots. It's cute, it's warm, and you'll smoothly move into Fall with a smile :) Or at least a crisp smirk.
