Back in the day, the graphic top exemplified a carefree style. Wear your favourite rock band tee with denims and runners and your off. However times have changed. Graphic tops now come in all different abstract prints, cool sayings, animal faces, cropped styles, and what have you. People are wearing them with crisp pant suits, dressy skirts, bling accessories, high heel shoes...the graphic top has come a long way into the fashion scene. What I love about this trend aside from it's versatility is the fact that it's an extremely easy DIY piece. 

So here we have it people, my first crop top of the season. I may not have a six pack but I'm proud of how far I've come since my post baby Shar-Pei belly :) 

How I feel about myself is more important to me than how I look. Feeling confident and being comfortable in your own skin...that's what really makes you beautiful!

You know those people that no matter what challenge they are given, they succeed at it...and well? Introducing to you my boss's wife, Jacinthe Rivard. I've heard about her making a backyard patio deck (I mean, I can barely follow Ikea instructions), I've seen beautiful photographs she's taken, and now she's completely awed me with this painting of Liam from a picture which was taken this past Fall.

She is truly amazing! Anyone who has seen this painting was completely floored with her talent. Here are a few others that she has done that I'm in love with.
