day 2: nv beach

Every day, a different beach, always one better than the other. Day 2 was spent at NV Beach. Hammocks, beds with gigantic comfy pillows, lounge chairs and table like your own private living room, and of course...a bar within 10 feet :)
She sells seashells by the seashore :) And by she I mean that dog in the background..lol
It is mandatory that I get a massage on the beach while on vacation. Gotta get the full experience.

well deserved vacay

It has been since our honeymoon, 5 years ago, that we last went on an all-inclusive vacation down south. And let me tell you, it is by far the best all-inclusive yet!
We are staying at the Cofresi Palm and Spa Resort in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. We own a timeshare here therefore we are Gold VIP Members (Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club), which makes all the difference. We were picked up at the airport in a white stretch limo. Dropped off at our 4 bedroom villa with private pool, overlooking the ocean. Maid and chef. Breakfast served to me in my villa was probably my favorite part :) Access to over 5 different beaches which have swings, beds, jacuzzi's, bars, restaurants, etc. Access to plenty on site restaurants with cuisines that range from Asian to Mexican. Gym access, which I promised myself to visit every day. Promises are meant to be broken. No way I'm spending this trip locked up in a sweaty room.
This place is really a must see! This post is not doing it justice and it has to be experienced by all! More pictures to come.

My baby girl is 1 :)
It has been 365 days since you were brought into this world and what a beautiful year it has been. You have brought such joy into our home in just a mere 12 months. Your smile alone lights up any room. I know this sounds cliché but we couldn't have asked for a better daughter and sister to Liam.
Cheers to you on your big day!! May the year ahead be filled with lots of love, health, learning, exploration, and fun.

Tutu and onesie were DIY'd be me :) Onesie was easy. I found the image online, and just iron-on transferred it to the onesie using Print n' Press Iron-On Transfer Sheets. As for the tutu, I followed this easy tutorial. Headband was purchased at Winners.

Wasn't the cake to die for??!! It tasted as good as it looked. Cakeballs, cookies, and cake were made by Petit Cake Shop. She took on the challenge and did not disappoint. Based in Montreal, contact Stephanie for all your sweet party needs.
Liam just couldn't take his eyes off of the sweet table. You should've seen how fast he ate his lunch just so he can tear up some cakeballs...lol
